Shipping Policy

At Peony & Pink, we strive to deliver your nail sets promptly and securely. Below is our shipping policy outlining shipping options, costs and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for all orders under $69. Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Due to increased Sendle and Australia Post charges, our flat rate shipping is now $9.95. We continue to subsidise part of this to keep our prices as accessible as possible.
  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary.

3. International Shipping:

  • We do not currently ship internationally. This may be something we add in the future.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Peony & Pink is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. Missing or Lost Packages:

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at peonyandpinkstore@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

8. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened nail sets. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.

9. Changes to This Policy:

  • We may update this shipping policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
