1. How do I apply Peony & Pink press on nails?
Our press on nails are easy to apply! Simply follow these steps:
- Start with clean, dry nails.
- Use the prep pad to clean your nails.
- Select the correct size nails for each finger.
- Apply the included adhesive tabs or glue to the back of each nail.
- Press firmly onto your natural nails for a secure fit. ✨💅

2. Are Peony & Pink nails reusable?
Yes! Our press on nails are designed to be reusable. Just gently remove them, clean off any adhesive, and store them safely for your next wear. ✨💗💅
3. How long will my Peony & Pink nails last?
With proper care, Peony & Pink nails can last up to two weeks, when using our nail glue. Be sure to avoid excessive contact with water and harsh chemicals to extend their wear time.
4. What if my press ons don’t apply perfectly?
No worries - getting the perfect application takes a little practice! Your first try might not be flawless and that’s completely normal. It can take a few applications to find what works best for you. If you ever need tips or troubleshooting help, reach out - we’re always happy to assist! 💗✨
5. How do I remove Peony & Pink press on nails?
To remove your nails, soak them in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive. You can add oil (like olive or cuticle oil) to help loosen the adhesive. Gently peel off the nails from the sides, being careful not to damage your natural nails. If you have applied your nails using our nail glue, you will need to wait at least five days before attempting to remove them. We recommend to not attempt to remove your nails until they have started to lift on their own.
6. What makes Peony & Pink press on nails different to other brands?
Peony & Pink press on nails are made from high quality soft gel, giving them a flexible yet durable feel that mimics the look and strength of salon-quality nails. Unlike traditional plastic press ons, soft gel nails are lightweight, comfortable to wear and designed to provide a natural, seamless fit. 7. Why isn’t the nail set I saw before available anymore?
At Peony & Pink, we love keeping up with fresh styles and trends! Sometimes a nail set may no longer be available as we update our collection with new designs. If there’s a set you loved but can’t find, let us know - we’re always listening to customer favourites for potential restocks or future designs!
8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $69 within Australia.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed. However, please reach out to us via the Contact page within 24 hours if you need assistance.
10. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia. We are looking to expand to international locations, please reach out via our Contact page to let us know where to ship to.
11. Are Peony & Pink nails suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our press on nails are made from high quality materials and are cruelty-free. If you have specific skin sensitivities, please perform a patch test with the adhesive tabs or glue before full use.
12. How do I know which nail size to choose?
Each nail set comes with 30 nails in various sizes to ensure a perfect fit for every finger. Simply match each nail to your own size for a comfortable, secure fit. We recommend that the best fit nail is one where it reaches from sidewall to sidewall. If the nail is a little large, you can file it for a custom fit.
13. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened nail sets. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution.
