Return Policy

At Peony & Pink, we want you to love your nails! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • We offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail sets.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your nail set for a different design or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

How to Return/Exchange:

  • Email us at peonyandpinkstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  • We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or process your exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged nail set, please contact us immediately at peonyandpinkstore@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement.
